U.S. Air Force veteran and world traveler, Ariel, manages BigWood Fitness. She has always had a drive for full-body exercises geared toward increasing mobility, strengthening the core, and improving the quality of life. As a mother, her purpose is to enhance her ability to enjoy life and recreational activities. Ariel is committed to keeping BigWood Fitness in excellent condition, so members can show the f-up, get in a great workout, and go live life.
