← Back to Schedule Our two KidsFit classes range from 3rd to 5th grade and 6th to 12th grade. These classes offer a variety of fitness opportunities including, Gymnastics, Olympic style lifting, and Aerobic exercise. All designed to improve strength, speed, power, and coordination in kids. The class is broken into four 10-12 minute exercises to keep kids active and interested while learning how the body works.Strength 30%
