Bootcamp is a 1 hour high intensity class designed to shed body fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency, increase strength, and help people get into a routine of regular exercise!

The Underground Crosstraining

What does it take to TRULY achieve your fitness dreams? Aside from daily accountability and self-discipline, it takes a training program that exploits each pathway of metabolic function. That means that the protocols focus directly on the systems of your body that need to be exercised if you want to get over those obstacles that are keeping you from achieving your dreams. Bikecamp

BIKECAMP is a high-intensity spin class mixed in with the concept of bootcamp.

Bikecamp is not currently being offered.

Yoga

This vinyasa flow style class is done in a deliberate manner with a focus on anatomy and alignment. The emphasis is for students to gain awareness and connection with their bodies so that they may practice in a way that suits their needs at the present moment.

Bigwood Fitness is not currently offering a Yoga program.

KidsFit

Our two KidsFit classes range from 3rd – 5th grade and 6th – 12th grade. These classes offer a variety of fitness opportunities including, Gymnastics, Olympic style lifting, and Aerobic exercise.

All youth classes are currently on hold until further notice!
